Everygrid is a habit tracker for iPhone and Android. Mark a day, watch the grid fill up. Turn sync on and your record lives in a folder in your own Google Drive, in files you can open and keep.

What it does
- A contribution grid for anything Every habit gets its own grid. A year of your record on one screen, and one tap to mark today.
- Home-screen widgets Mark a day straight from the home screen, on iPhone and on Android.
- Habits on their own schedule Three days a week, or Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Rest days are drawn as rest days, and a run carries straight through them.
- Notes on a day Write what happened. It belongs to that date, on that habit.
- Reminders, streaks, statistics, a year view The ordinary things, done properly.
Where your data lives
Your habits are on your device from the moment you write them. Everygrid opens straight to the grid and starts working.
Turn sync on and Everygrid creates a folder called Everygrid in
your Google Drive and writes plain JSON into it. Those files are yours: open
them, read them, copy them, move them, delete them, with your own tools and
on your own terms. If Everygrid vanished tomorrow, your whole record would
still be a file you own in a format you can read.
Everygrid asks Google for one permission, drive.file, which reaches
exactly the files an app created itself. Everygrid sees the files
Everygrid made, and that is the whole of its reach into your Drive.
Those files are plain text, which is what makes them yours to read. The privacy policy sets out both sides of that trade, including what it means for the notes you write on a day.
The whole inventory
Everygrid ships with one third-party library in it: Google's sign-in, which exists so that sync can reach your Drive. That is the complete list.
It asks for one permission, drive.file, and it earns money one
way — people who want more than three habits pay for them. Everything the app
touches is on this page and in the policy.
The same answers are filed with Apple and Google, and the privacy policy publishes those filings so that the two stay in step.
